Da Bomb

I told you I did some cookin’ yesterday. I made spaghetti, chocolate chip cookies, and a big old pot of spiced cider. My favorite cider recipe calls for a “clove studded orange”.

100_6200As I was studding the orange with cloves, my darling, intellegent, kind husband walked in the kitchen.

“Are you making a bomb?” he asked.

The kids came in. He says, “hey guys, look! Mom’s making a bomb, and she’s going to blow us all up!”

100_6211So nobody would drink my cider, because they thought it had a bomb in it.

Pray for me. I live with a bunch of weirdos.

Welcome! Hope you enjoy the blog. I know nothing about the internet, except that I like it a lot. So there's nothing fancy on here, just thoughts and pictures. It's the simple things, right?
